While you are sitting on the golf course in some hotspot… you can have us check and maintain your home.

Basic Package: ($30/visit )

• Check home temperatures
• Flush toilets and run the taps to avoid sewer/gas buildup. (trap evaporation)
• Check all points of entry and windows to ensure secure and locked
• Bring in mail and flyers to give that “Lived in” appearance
• Make fresh tracks in the snow to give the “lived in” appearance
• A visit log will be kept for insurance purposes

Care Package: (40$/visit )

• Check home temperatures/critical systems
• Flush toilets and run the taps to avoid sewer/gas buildup. (trap evaporation)
• Check all points of entry and windows to ensure secure and locked
• Bring in mail and flyers to give that “Lived in” appearance
• Shovel snow on driveway and sidewalks
• Package pickup
• Make fresh tracks in the snow to give the “lived in” appearance
• A visit log will be kept for insurance purposes
• Bi weekly communication with homeowner via text, email, Skype or phone

We will make sure to be in contact with the homeowner by email, text, or phone if something was to go wrong.
